Beautiful, well-appointed flat in very central location. Ideal for having a good time in Dortmund and surrounding areas, either for private or for business reasons.

The flat was very recently renovated and includes modern interior. The floor is made from wood parquet (except the bathroom). The bedroom consists of 2 beds (2m x 0,9m) which can also be used together as a king size bed. The combined kitchen/dining room includes a bunk bed with two 1,9m x 0.9m sleeping areas, which are separated from the remaining room with curtains. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, cooking plate, kitchen hood, oven, microwave, sink, water boiler, coffee machine (Senseo), and is completely equipped with everything needed for cooking and dishes. The table and chairs allow comfortable seating for up to 5 persons. A modern TV (55“, Android, Ambilight) is located in the bedroom. Fast, free WiFi is available everywhere in the flat. Internet can also be used with an Ethernet cable. The bathroom includes a washbasin, a WC, a large mirror cabinet, a bathtub with head shower, hand-shower and outgoing air ventilator. Additionally, a washing machine (7 kg) is included for use. The flat contains cupboards that can be used for stowage. The corridor includes a small garderobe, mirror and fire detector.

The flat is available for use in its entirety. Entering the flat is possible via code lock, to which the combination is sent in advance to arrival. This way the check-in time is flexible and independent of the host.
